One of the biggest issues why so many people suffer from mental health is because they don't express their problem openly. As mentioned before, there is a challenge in the mental health specialty to recruit more psychiatric nurses due to stigma. Those who have mental illness are not seen as human beings and are isolated from society, so people who are mentally ill cannot receive the proper care needed. help them (Goutro, 2009, p. 669). Education of nurses and the community is needed to reduce this stigma. Further mental health research is needed to improve the professional practice of mental health nurses. Improving education and awareness can break this barrier that prevents mentally ill individuals from opening up and having psychiatric problems
