(100 points).Recruitment and SelectionRecruitment and selection is a very vital aspect in the business world, the reason for this would be the fact that every organization should consider recruitment, as well as selecting the most beneficial future employees that they would come across or outperform the benchmark. The main cause that makes an organization very demanding in selecting employees should be because people skills and commitment of its employees ensure the success of the company. Organizations tend to select employees who have a different level of adequate skills, knowledge and motivation, in other words without these skills organizational performance would suffer (Banfield.
