Exam ThreeMaizee LambMillikin UniversityAdrienne felt she had no choice when she harassed her family on Facebook. She was a thirteen-year-old girl from Illinois caught up in a family feud over a very important cause: her baby. She had recently gotten into a very physical argument with her boyfriend and the baby's father, Shawn, at school over who took better care of the beautiful baby. Once the fight occurred, the school felt that since it was a family matter, pressing battery charges at the school would only make the situation worse. Their middle school decided to let them go with just a warning, which ended up leading to Adrienne and Shawn being charged in an entirely different criminal case. Since Adrienne is the child's mother, she legally has full custody since Shawn hasn't taken her to court. Shawn's family believes that Adrienne does not deserve full custody since Shawn is the one with the part-time job providing for the child's needs. The Facebook feud broke out between Adrienne and Shawn's family arguing about what she really does for the child beyond just "babysitting" when he's not at school, and why she should and shouldn't have full custody. Aside from Adrienne saying, "Because I'm his mother!", she really had no other reason why she deserves her rights and her anger led her to threaten to take the baby away from Shawn and his family for the rest of their life. . That threat is where it began and ended, in theory. Shawn started commenting now saying multiple bad words about her and her parenting; threatening Adrienne physically and saying he would take her to court. The comments kept going back and forth until finally an extended family… halfway down the paper… and then it went on as an entire family unit. If they are able to complete it, then I see that from now on they can be civil to each other and should be able to take care of the child together, without conflict.
